Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your cashmere items and place them in the original shipping box along with all original garment tags and luxury packaging.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
